USE OF COOKIES AND THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS
When using the website, cookies are also stored on the visitor’s access device. Cookies are small files that allow specific information about the access device (PC, smartphone, etc.) to be stored on the device. They are used on the one hand to make websites more user-friendly and to help the user (e.g. storage of access data) and on the other hand to collect and evaluate statistical data on the use of the website in order to improve the services offered. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or prevented altogether. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the user-friendliness is limited without cookies.

Transient cookies:
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These mainly include session cookies. They store a so-called session ID, which can assign various requests from your browser to the common session. In this way, your computer can be recognised when you return to our website. These session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser. Session cookies must also be approved in order to use the shopping cart and checkout in the online shop. If a customer does not usually wish or is unable to accept cookies, it is also possible to place an order by email, telephone or fax.

Integrated plugins (see below) also use cookies to provide their services.

Description:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website (_gat._anonymizeIp), the Google IP address will be shortened in advance within the EU member states or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by the browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. The collection of information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) in Google and the processing of this data by Google can also be prevented by installing a browser plugin.

Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers that provides more control over what data is entered by Google on the websites accessed. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information is sent to Google Analytics when the website is visited. However, the Google Analytics browser deactivation add-on does not prevent information from being sent to NeoTwin or other web analytics services that may be used.

By visiting our website, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant sub-page of our website and the personal data mentioned under 2. This happens regardless of whether you are logged into a Google account or not. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account.
